Ingredients:
2-3 large red potatoes, cubed
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
3/4 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions:
1.) Combine all ingredients except potatoes in a large bowl and mix well.
2.) Add potatoes and mix well. Place into slow cooker.
3.) Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Potatoes should be tender.
A good side dish! Just remember to turn it on before it is time for dinner. :)
I ALWAYS put a slow cooker bag into the Crock Pot and spray it with cooking spray. It makes clean-up afterward 100% faster and easier and the "burning" edges are greatly reduced.
Try to have similar sized pieces.
Put the other ingredients into a bowl and mix them well.
Add potatoes and mix again.
Pour into slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Serve with dinner! When I made it this time, I made it with Easy BBQ Chicken Melts.
