Garlic Parmesan Green Beans



Garlic Parmesan Green Beans

Ingredients:
Fresh green beans, ends removed
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
At least 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
At least 1/8 tsp. pepper
At least 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
1.) Steam green beans until slightly tender, about 6-8 min.
2.) Melt butter over med. heat. Add garlic and cook 1-2 min. Transfer steamed green beans to the melted butter and garlic. Toss to coat evenly and sauté for about 5 min. over med. heat. Season with salt and pepper, altering to taste, if desired.
3.) Remove from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese. Toss again, to coat.

Snap the ends off of the green beans and place in steamer basket to steam for about 7 min.
Melt unsalted butter over med. heat, then add minced garlic for 1-2 min. before adding green beans.
Sauté about 5 min., then add salt and pepper. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parm. Toss and serve!
