Slow Cooker Roast with Bacon-Chili Gravy

Slow Cooker Roast with Bacon-Chili Gravy

Ingredients:
 4 cooked slices of bacon, cut into 1/2 in. pieces
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
several baby carrots or 2 med. carrots, chopped
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies
1/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Directions:
  1.) Place roast beef in lined/sprayed slow cooker and sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder. Top with bacon and carrots.
2.) Mix green chilies, broth, chili sauce, and flour in a small bowl. Pour over roast.
3.) Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.

 Ingredients! I prefer to use bacon that is just quickly cooked in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
So delicious! :D
