Beef & Cheddar Soft Tacos

A super quick, tasty, and easy dinner.





Beef & Cheddar Soft Tacos

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
8" flour tortillas, warmed
shredded lettuce

Directions:
1.) Cook beef in skillet over med.-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off fat.
2.) Stir soup and salsa into skillet and cook until mixture is hot and bubbling.
3.) Spoon about 1/3 cup of beef mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce. Fold tortillas around filling. Serve with additional salsa & sour cream, if desired.
