Crescent Chicken

Super simple, super tasty, easily doubled, and the kids love it. What else could you ask for?

Crescent Chicken

Ingredients:
 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
About 1 1/2-2 cups shredded/chopped cooked chicken
About 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of milk

Directions:
1.) If your chicken isn't already cooked, cook it! I find the easiest thing to do for this recipe is to simply boil a few chicken breasts and then chop/shred them.
2.) Preheat oven to 350° F.
3.) Prepare the soup and milk by combining and heating, stirring until most lumps are gone. Set aside.
4.) Unroll crescent rolls and place chicken and cheese on each one. Roll up and pinch the ends shut to seal, closing in the filling. Sometimes some of my chicken pokes out the edges, but I don't mind!
5.) Place in a sprayed 9x13 baking dish and pour soup over the rolls. Sprinkle with pepper. Place in preheated oven and cook for 30 minutes.

These are great with mashed potatoes; the gravy goes really well with them!

I made this for dinner last night and it was delicious! It was a big hit with my hubby too. My toddler won't eat dishes with ingredients mixed together yet, but he loved the individual components served separately!
