Baked Ham & Cheese Sandwiches

These are delicious, but if you're expecting to need to take a drug test for a job in the next day or so, I'd hold off on eating these! If the test is too sensitive, poppy seeds will give you a false positive! I won't be held responsible for this; you've been warned. :)

Ham & Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients:
1 (12 count) pkg. Hawaiian rolls
Sandwich sliced deli ham
Sliced Swiss cheese (from the deli)
1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. minced dried onion

Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350°F. Over med. heat, melt butter. Mix in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and poppy seeds.
2.) Slice rolls in half horizontally, while keeping the individual rolls connected.
3.) In a cooking sprayed 9x13 baking dish, add bottom portion of rolls and top with ham and then cheese.
4.) Cover with tops of rolls and pour mixture evenly over rolls.
5.) Bake at 350°F for 15-20 min. Separate individual rolls for serving.

Using the fresher meat and cheese from the deli is a wonderful choice in this recipe, I think. Don't forget the Worcestershire sauce!
 Melt butter over med. heat.
Slice rolls in half horizontally, keeping the individual rolls connected.
Put the bottom of the rolls in the cooking sprayed dish, and top with deli ham and sliced deli Swiss. Mine was actually called Baby Swiss. I don't know the difference. Also, the ham slices were pretty large, so I just sort of gently folded them and slightly overlapped them.
Put the tops on the rolls and then pour the mixture (which at this point has been completed) over the tops. Use a spoon to spread it around if it clumps up too much in any spots.
Bake at 350°F for about 17min. and they come out looking like this! Yummy.
Separate them into individual rolls and dig in! Be sure to have a napkin handy.
